not a morning person, I only allow myself about 15 minutes from waking to leaving the house!. on a workday I wake up at 7!.30am which is a big deal for me!. on the weekend the time that feels most natural is 10am, even if I haven't been out the night before!. I usually get about 7 - 8 hours sleep!. have tried to change my habits & go to bed earlier but it never works, I just lie there awake!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
