Is anyone else annoyed by the "we know that your time is valuable" aut!


Question: Is anyone else annoyed by the "we know that your time is valuable" automated mesages that businesses have!?
If they really cared all that much about how valuable our time is, wouldn't they be doing more to shorten the time that people are put on hold or, at the very least, have a real person peiodically pick up the phone to check to see if we're still on the line instead of looping an automated message!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've got one even better than that!.!.!.I called a telephone company to get new service!.!.!.after their automated!.!.!.choose this!.!.!.choose that!.!.!.etc!.!.!.I was put on hold!.!.!.I waited two hours and forty five minutes for someone to answer the telephone!.!.!.when the person answered the phone, I politely asked if they were really THAT busy!.!.!.they hung up on me!. I called back and it was almost five hours before anyone answered!.!.!.so, I reported the first guy and ordered the service!.!.!.and, it is a MAJOR carrier!.!.!.go figure!.!.!.we must be back to!.!.!.I'm the only telephone service in town and you'd better damn well believe it!.!.!.lol!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
