Stress is one of the main reasons!. Even otherwise, we lose our sleeps for some unseen reasons!. To get a good sleep there certain minor things that we can offer!.

First avoid day time cat nap!. This will disturb the night sleep!. Drinking a glass of luke warm milk will also help to get sound sleep!. Before going to sleep, just walk for half an hour!. Making an oil bath will also help!.
