That lady's hygiene looked questionable and she was in need of some serious dental care!. She doesnt look like she has much or any money!. I also think she has PTSD or another mental illness!. I do have to say in complete honesty if I was going to cross paths with her on the street and she was ranting I would go the other direction because mental issues can be very unpredictable and I dont know this woman!.
