If you're hell bent on doing this you should do it safely!. Laxatives will only help get rid of excess water (that's how your friend got the flat stomach)!. All calories are absorbed by the small intesting before a laxative stimulates a bowel movement (it only affects the colon)!. If you don't drink enough water it could cause serious problems!.
Try Alli which actually gets rid of the fat from 30% of your food and any of the diet drinks or pills like envy which give you a caffeine shot!.
