It's because the person is looking directly at the camera when the picture is taken, and you looking at the picture are looking from the camera's perspective!. Since the picture isn't three dimensional, you can't technically look at it from another angle expect the one it was taken at!. It may seem like the eyes are following you, but they are in the same position the whole time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The actual picture is mostly a 2D representation of a 3D image!. So no matter where you stand the picture will always look the same!. No matter where you stand it wont change the way the picture looks!. The person posing for the photo will be looking directly at the artist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
