This is why kids shouldn't be having kids. They just never grew up. They should be finding ways to get out of the gangs that they're in so that their child can have a normal and safe upbringing.

CPS ? The question is where were their parents when they were fifteen? This is the sub culture that has risen. It is NOT CPS responsibility.
The parents should go to jail for that.
omg that's disgusting..i would be fighting to keep my kids out of gangs....this child needs to be put into the care of someone who is actually going to care for him...what about the grandparents what the hell are they doing while all this is going on?...xx but then again look at their kids..xx
