Wouldn't it seem to depend on whether it was a "first" cousin? That is usually a nono. Personally, if the two cousins were truly in love, and decided to get married, AND DECIDED NOT TO HAVE CHILDREN, I don't find that offensive in the least bit, regardless of what society says. And when you say "dating" do you really just mean going out together and havings a good time, without the sexual attraction?
