I used to and I just started to let go of them little by little I know what is good for me and I knew the best thing for me was to let them go. They were just too negative and condescending, I hate people like that. They thought they knew everything. I still have some people in my life who could be better friends but I try to not be around them a lot. They are nice people but everything needs to be in limit even a friendship!

i am that friend, and we both know we aren't meant for each other but after being friends for so long, seems hard to just stop talking.
Get rid of them. They are not really your friends. Friends are respectful and supportive of each other.
