Is boredom just another side of fascination? The ugly side of it?!

Question: No.

It is the absence of fascination. It is a vacuum that all the fun in life has been sucked out of leaving a feeling that something is definitely missing.

Thank you. I don't know where that thought cam from I think it was sucked in me from somewhere like most great ideas I gather. Perhaps Imagination is the opposite of boredom. Report It

  • yes

    not the ugly side
    but the realistic side

i agree, boredom happens when fascination deteriorates. like lovers..y know..when they get tired, everything falls out of place.

...I can connect it to infatuation but not necessarily fascination...the down side to infatuation can bottom out with boredom...then it's time to move on

    boredom triggers imagination.....

    ........if utilized properly.......

....you might just end up as the next big thing....

boredom is just an excuse for laziness... nothing more and nothing less.
