What are some food/candy items available in Canada that aren't available any!

Question: Although I'm Canadian and know about candy, I do not know if there are any really specific types just made in Canada for Canadians. Many of the types I enjoyed as a child were originally copied from British and American candy. Anything with maple sugar and hockey puck gum are some that come to mind immediately. Check out the link I'm including below and look under the three Canadian areas. Good Luck and let me know what you find as I'm curious as well.

As far as food well there are quite a few dishes specific to Canada that you will rarely find anywhere else in the world. Tortiere is a french Canadian speciality, its a meat pie made with pork and has many different permutations depending on where its made. Creton is a pork based pate originating in Quebec, Canada. Ice Wine is made here as well. Blueberry relish is an Aboriginal contribution as well as wild rice dishes and sunflower seed soup and bannock which is a kind of quickly made bread. Different parts of Canada have made specific contributions to the cuisine of Canada but it would be too long to list them all, I've simply given you an idea.
