Skim milk and some protein powder..I would then shake it up and rink it.
I only put what nature has provided into my pipe.

My Dad used to use that with me sometimes after I had said something that he reacted to negatively and he would reply in a somewhat bullying manner with whatever was his 'final' answer to my comment and add this putdown "so you can put *that* in your pipe and smoke it!".
I'm not sure I want to put anything in it now, as it is not a pleasant memory to recall.
a lot of hate so it will go away
