because the bottles are made out of polycarb and when is warm tends to leave a funny taste
i think its cos the aluminum in the cans and plastic in the bottles react with the coke and slightly differ the taste. It could be that the glass reacts with the coke and make it taste better.
Because glass doesn't give out any taste, unless plastic and aluminum.

Yeah, that's true. May be it feels more free after being released from a capped bottle thus decides to be good.
