How high do gas prices have to get before people consider taking public transits!

i take taxi's not buses because there to dirty.
or if my boyfriend or brother or mum is around then i ask them to drive me to where ever i want to go. =)

well where i am its $2 a litre now...but ive been catching public transport for years. i think it will have to become completely unaffordable before people give in and use public transport.
$5 a litre.
The only bus system we have, is school buses. LOL Lot of car
pooling here. Which is smart.
