POLL: Is iPod Touch worth it?!
Question: It's gonna be my 16th birthday on Monday and I haven't asked for anything. (Quite frankly there's nothing I really want) But I've looked at the iPod Touch and I REALLY like it. I've had an iPod Nano 2nd Gen and an iPod Nano 3rd Gen and I loved them both. Apple has been great to me.
Here's where I need the help. There's a new iPod Touch with a Software Update. It's like 30 dollars more expensive. (If I get one, I'm getting the 8 GB one because I have no need for a 16 or 32 GB iPod) Will the one without the Software Update be horrible? Like is it missing a lot that the one that was just released in January has?

OMG Nicky don't get it. I was doing research on that iPod because I wanted it for my 18th and it has HORRIBLE reviews, just for the simple fact that it sucks the life out of the battery. Imagine it. It has internet capabilites and touch screen, which are freakin' awesome, but it's not worth it. Plus, you pay like 300$$ for it and only get like 8GB.
Pay the same amount and get the ipod video classic and it lasts longer and has 80gb of space. It's just more practical. Plus the ipod touch scratches very easily. Don't ask for it unless someone else (aside from titi) buys it for u. but if titi is gonna spend that kind money, better on something thats worth it, no??
(I know, it is freakin' awesome as hell...the touch screen and the graphics of it...i was sooooooooo tempted but decided no to it...)
yes but in order to use internet u need something to use it with. Iphone is better, i have it and LOVE it
