Can anybody tell me why it is such a crime to criticise people who report others!

not only do they not want to hear the truth, THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH.
I think people are just too proud...so when they get reported for a perfectly valid reason they dont like it!!
As long as they have been reported for a proper reason i think people should just deal with it and learn from their mistakes

It's not a crime and nobody should report anyone unless they have a valid reason. I have reported people before but they deserved it and will continue to do so whether I get critisized for it or not.
because its annoying...espically when you genuinly did'nt mean any harm or if that person is just constantly doin it for fun...

Because you are guilty of telling the truth. A lot of people on this site don't like truth.
Rather than criticise these morons, better to check whether their reporting was fair and consistent with YA guidelines on reporting. If not then they can be reported.
Yahoo claim that people who are nuisance reporters lose their influence over the site. To achieve that, nuisance or serial reporters should be reported.
