Are there any health benefits of eating Pot Noodles, do you eat them?!
Question: Whilst I much prefer eating healthy, I work long night shifts and we only get a half hour break which means I don't have a lot of time to prepare or eat any food. I always packed sandwiches but my wife has recently been buying me Pot Noodles and to tell you the truth I'm not too sure about them, taste good at the time but afterwards you feel... Appreciate your help folks ^_^

I used to eat the original ones, before they reduced the fat and salt in them, which has of course ruined the old taste. I still dont think they're a healthy option but if you've got an active job you'd be burning it all off anyway, they should be fine

no, only ate them when i was starving and locked in a plane from China to UK with nothing else to eat for 12 or more hours....
I would stick to the butties!!! I like pot noodles, but they arent good for you. plus i cant eat them without getting it all down my top and around my chops!!!! lol
Not had one for years, used to like 'em, but not overly keen now.
I can't stand that type of food.
Goodness no I don't eat them, they are full of salt and bad for you, you could cook a large pan of pasta at home, let it go cold, add tuna, tomato's, cucumber, onions and grated carrots to it and take a big tub of that to work with you instead, cheap, healthy and much better for you and there will be enough for your meal the night after at work too.
