Shredded beef tacos with crispy corn tortilla shells and Monetary Jack cheese, dices tomatoes and a hint of salsa...hold the lettuce.
I make them every other Tuesday....today's that day!

That is so so funny because we just took a tuna caserole out of the oven. We like putting crushed up potato chips on top.
However, since you are not into the tuna casserole, we are gonna go with:
A footlong tuna sammich.

i'm having scrambled eggs, i had tuna casserole a couple days ago.
We had those spicy chicken things and baked potato and asparagus and mixed greens and salad I think.
