I've had a violation like that before when it was in fact a question, it's quite odd indeed... Maybe someone knows your true identity!
I've gotten violated for less than that, get over it....
A 'Thumbs-Downer' proably felt that you were trying to take away all their fun.

even mine was a question...if im not mistaken....and if i speak english
and some malicious meano reported my question with

so i decided to write to yahoo customer care
this is exactly what i wrote as a reply(copied and pasted)
i hav recieved a community guideline violation for my question on "Did you know that kylie minogue is racist?"
why did i get this?
it was a question on polls and surveys and i really wanted to know people's opinions on celebs getting away with doing every wrong thing just because they r celebs
i wanted to know what people think
and i had asked it as a survey
so why did people report me for this
plz let me know
if yahoo customer care is supposed to "take care" of the customers what the hell is this
i didnt get any reply from yahoo after that
looks like yahoo is doing a really bad job

It's happened to me - do you think anyone reads it before deciding its 'not' a question or answer. Anyway, it we strictly stuck to that, particularly in the Jokes & riddles section, then if anyone answers 'LOL' because they found something funny, thats not an answer to the joke, but a thought - stupid system in that repsect.
