listening to trance/progressive music calms me down but what really relaxes me is watching the sunset and see all the stars and the large moon. Couldn't get any better than that! =]
I like to lay down in my bed or on the floor and blast "Raised Fist" it's swedish hardcore music but it's so relaxing. Like it affect my brain wave and I get instantly calmer and relaxed.
