Personality is #1. Without a personality that is likable, you can't love someone. Appearance is important too, but that to is a part of personality. The person becomes more attractive if they have a good personality. Money is the root of most problems in a relationship so....
Um, is all an option? Jk, but seriously, I guess I'd have to pick love...it seems the most true and sure out of those four. Money can be as easily lost as gained (and plus I'd seem like a dousche if I picked it), appearances can be deceiving, and personality can be faked.
I'd want a good personality in myself, but for another I'd want love.
