Question: Should only be given out by the asker of questions and when it comes to reporting a question things should only be reported when they are reported by 3 or more people and when they are in serious violation of the guidelines? I am asking a question is chatting anyways isn't it?

I dont think violations should be handed out at all, except for spamming and excessive hate speech.

Some sort of improvement is definitely in order -- the present system is a worthless piece of sh-t. The most important thing that would quickly help is if the referees would actually read the purported violating material and make an intelligent judgment on it; they claim to do this but the claim is clearly a lie: no living person could possibly sink to the level of stupidity of some of the alleged violations.
I think we should at least be able to swear. You need to be 13 to sign up, and if there's 10 year olds signing up and they're upsetted by the swearing and stuff, that's their own fault.
I had two VN's this morning, but I think I know who did them. It's not smart to connect with someone and then report them. Kinda makes it easy to figure out when the person connecting has never answered one of your Qs and you have never answered one of theirs. In fact, there wasn't a single Q or A that we shared.
I think that violations shouldn't excist cause we all have the choice to not answer or not ask. We all have different opinions on everything and not everyone will agree all the time. But the reality is that there is alot of envious people and they will do what is in their power to damage someone. I usually don't fool around with anyone unless I know them and I know they like that. Mostly my contacts know how I am and there are a few that I will have sarcasm with. Unless I am comfortable with that person I will do it. But, most of the time it takes time unless I met them that way.......... Well keep your head up high baby, and don't let anyone bring tears to your beautiful eyes :-)
