it's not that big a deal
i think saying 'male pregnancy' is kinda misleading
firstly he wasnt originally male
and none of his male sex organs were used in the pregnancy
he kept all of his female reproductive organs because his wife had, had like womb taken out or something
and the baby couldnt possibly be biologically his because doctors cant make sythetic testicles that produce sperm
Im still not buying it
