i have always done my time the hard way with no visits,besides both ex partners had relationships behind my back,but it was my own fault for not being there,and i dont get into trouble anymore.so some good has come from it,and if i can do it, anybody can if they want to.

How ever, I smoked for many years and decided to stop about 5 years ago. Never again - that is just me.
