No I just turn the heat down to 73 degrees from 78 at night.
In Summer time usually have air on at 73 and let it stay at 78 during day time.
Use to do fan thing, but now central air works better whole house not one room.
I'm up to two fans now. If I don't have the fan noise, I can't fall asleep.
Sometimes i sleep with the fan but then my sister turns it off because she get's really cold at night so somethimes we sleep with it off so like we fight over the fan so last time i saw my mom turn on the fan she like don't tell you sister it was so funny
