not much maybe 1 or 2 portions a day depends what Im having, Id love to be a vegetarian cos it is cruel really but I just couldnt do it-although I dont eat lamb, duck, and other certain things cos I just cant I think of the little fluffy ducklings and lambs!!!

This depends on if you regard both red and white meats as "meat".
In Africa a diet with some form of meat is generally preffered, though not always availble. In the first world, far more people are beginning to choose vegetarian eating
