Hardly ever. I have a very long fuse but on the rare occasions it does go it really goes and I turn into a complete nutter!
It depends on the people im with. For instance my brother. i will lose my temper with him very easily.. he is just really annoying. But other people such as my parents or my friends.. i dont really lose my temper with.
I only lose my temper when someone really pushes me too far. I have learnt patience so it does take a hell of a lot for me to lose my temper.

not very often but when i do people should stay outof my way because it takes ages for me to get mad but when i do i blow my top.
Only if someone puts tries to watch a soap on my TV. Then I have my pet dragon Boris incinerate them.
i rarely ever used to. now it's at least once a week, sometimes more.
As a child i lost my temper frequently, but had to suppress these feelings for fear of parental reprisal.
Then as a teenager i found it hard to contain and got more angry at being angry!
When i hit my twenties i learnt that what i did my children copied - so i went for anger management classes - which did help to a degree.
Now things have moved on again, whilst i see my children in their stages of anger i am far more excepting of them then my parents were of me, and encourage talking as a way of resolving their anger.
But personally, my anger has quietened down, i find i am very hard to rile these days but still - when i blow - boy! DO I BLOW!
