I let it all fly into my pillow
ill hold it all in untill i explode...but im working on changing that
let it all fly.
i let it fly in writing, i cant stress how much writing in a journal helps me keep control.
hit a pillow or something until i let it all out
As soon as I realise my self working up a temper, I acknowledge that I'm angry/ getting angry. That conscious thought alone alleviates the rising temper.
Then it's easy control your self.
So in answer to your question, no i don't let it fly. But I don't hold it in either.
I Hold it in, and try to forget or ignore it....!!
