I would say wine.
Beer has an acquired taste but some can't stomach the malt flavored beverages.
Liquor also has an acquired taste because it's really strong and it has a kick to it which is why it burns going down and sometimes has a hard time staying there.
Ultimately, wine seems like middle ground because it isn't as potent as the other two. Sure you'll get drunk from it if you drink enough of it. However, the flavors are key as you have more of a variety to choose from.
Beer, I'm drinking it now. :)
