There is plenty to see in the Country I live in but not in my town.
If you're interested in history, we have St. Peter's church, built by the Venerable Bede in 648 AD.
I live in London. I have hundreds to choose from. Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, to name just a few.

We have a rather attractive pier which you could stroll along or sit in a deck chair whilst eating your cheese sandwich.If you feel a little down you could walk right to the end of it and just toss yourself off !(I feel that many have done that very thing )
