How long does it take for you to fall asleep at night?!

Question: It usually takes me a long time....I toss and turn at least an hour at night. But if I get tired and lay down during the day I can fall asleep in like 5 minutes.

ugh forever!! well actually, usually around an hour or an hour and a half, but it feels like forever, doesn't it?

depends but to long

depends on how tired I am...but about an hour...

no longer than 5mins
but when i was in boarding school, it took 2 hours lol

usually five minutes. I stay up late.

Only a few minutes and then zzzzzzz

same here...just that u have to many things in ur mind...try to free them and focus on one thing only...i always focus on the sound of the clock tik tak tik tak.......meditation is a good idea

yes i have a hard time, usually takes longer than an hour though. my brain just won't turn off, even if i think happy thoughts, its still hard, i leave my t.v. on and fall asleep that way.

i feel wide awake not sleepily
lets hope i do soon as it is morning

Sometimes a few minutes but at times days, weeks or even months.

same as you.
if i have foot massage, i'm out in 5 minutes or less. lol

I usually listen to music on my ipod when i go to sleep so it usually takes 4 songs!! lol!!!!!! same with tv i cant sleep with no sound.
probably becuase ive grown up with a 22 year old in the same room who gets home from work at 3:00 in the mornig

With my sleeping pills, about a half hour to an hour. Without them--probably wouldn't fall asleep at all.

Tip: DON'T take naps. This will only keep you awake at night. If you must have one, make sure it is before 3 p.m. That way there is enough hours between your nap and bedtime for you to get tired enough to sleep at night.

Me too. I toss and turn for atleast 45 min.
Either I can't get comfy, or I'm too hot. Then I'm cold. Ugh, I hate it.

It takes me about 35 to 45 minutes to get to sleep.
As long as it's completely dark. Longer if it's not.

DEPENDS . If I can get to sleep before my husband, only like 10mn. If he falls asleep first then it takes me hours because of his snoring.

It takes me between a half-hour and an hour.
I tried laying down during the day, but then I'm so groggy that the day is over for me. And I still couldn't sleep that night.
