How to stop my addiction to so called "Junk Food" ?!

Do what I learned to do years ago.
1. Don't buy it.
2. Eat more fresh fruit and raw veggies
3. Drink lots of Iced water.
4. If you have to have sodas buy diet sodas only, try to stay away from the ones with caffeine, something in the caffeine makes your body crave the sweets & other junk food.
5. Eat high protein foods
6. Don't eat high fat or high carbohydrates

become addicted to healthy food and then you won't have to worry. Lots of it is good tasting, too.

omg...i was just talking to my friend about this....she gave up junk food and i just like drank more pop than normal...hmm, maybe she can answer you? I think it depends on how bad you want it.

If your flaws are so perfect then why are you trying to change this?

DON'T buy it! Then you'll never have the temptation. I did this nd after 2 weeks i didn't even think about soda anymore and i have so much more energy now!

i am 12 so i am like totally annoyed by my mom to not eat this stuff and don't eat that stuff so i don't

Eat carrots and lettuce.

Try cutting back just a little at a time, so u get used to it. Don't go cold turkey, as that will be very hard and even more tempting to you. Try eating more healthy foods, but that still taste god............like juice and fruit. I used to drink a LOT of soda, but now I only drink once in a while, because I got SOOO addicted to juice, well not too addicted, just love it so much. Sometimes I dont even drink soda for a couple of months if I can help it. Iced tea also is a good substitute.

Don't buy any junk food(or tell your parents to stop buying it)
think about how bad it is for you next time you consider drinking/eating it. i know its hard at first, but after a while, you'll stop missing it.

fist drink diet and if your already doing that then drink water when ever you need a drink after a while it becomes habit and soda will become a thing of the past and instead of veggies get like a sugary fruit and eat that in its place
