Elephants are magnificent beings. They are wonderful mothers. If there is danger, all the mothers face outward forming a circle with all the young ones in the middle. The babies walk under their mothers till they're about 2 years old.
When one is sick & dying, the other elephants will stay with the sick one until after it dies.
