no, i'm not usually shy. i kinda was when i was little, but i think i just grew out of it. now i'm really loud

I was shy as a kid. There are leadership clubs you can join. Have many friends and talk on the phone often. listen to really happy music and chew gum to overcome the pressure of talking to someone.

I was really shy until after I graduated from high school.
I think that the pressure that school puts on you keeps the shy kids shy and the outgoing ones stay the same as well.
But after graduation, things change. I went from having no friends and never leaving my parent's house to partying every night and having more friends than I could count.
And still, I'm now out of high school for almost 12 years, and I am very popular, very outgoing, I have tons of friends, and I like to be the center of attention.
I'm not shy, I just don't talk to people because they tend to annoy me.
