Do People Choose To Be Left or Right Handed?!
Question: Or is it something that happens by instinct? Understand my thoughts on this. When babies crawl some of them go backwards while others crawl forward. Others go sideways like some crabs and I thought why do babies do this? It's the same for people. As a baby when they see something and grab it for the first time with (the left or right hand) is it something that clicks in their mind and they just start using that one as the dominant one? I've always been curious about this. Thank you.

Its their genes. They don't decide which hand is dominate, it just happens. They can try to practice with their other hand and get better at it, but everyone has ONE naturally dominate hand. Personally, I'm left handed myself.

yes it's a choice and for that reason left handed people should not be allowed to marry....
I was naturally a left handed, left hand for writing, cricket or baseball bat holding etc, but as I was only lefty in family I learnt to do most things right handedly, which was a struggle but achieved, now Im fairly ambidextrous which does have its advantage.

I think it is something that is in them. I have a brother and the teacher would move his penb to the right hand and he would go back to the left. I think years ago it was considered odd to be a lefty. Then everyone realized it is a personal choice.
