Can you say something nice about toads?!
Question: They are a Gardner's best friend. Did you know that a Toad goes back to the same spot every year to collect and eat insects? One of my neighbors used to tell me to get rid of them from her yard until I told her that.
She had a huge American Toad (Bufus Bufus) that hid under a large rock in her yard. It had a deformity on one of the feet. I took that Toad to my yard 2 years in a row and both times it went back home.

Yep, they make a nice sound when you run them over.
no..when I was little I ran one over on my bike and its head started to bleed....so I put it in a bucket and took it inside to my grandma and said I had no idea what happened but it needed help.
