Yes, but i didn't swallow. Once I chewed a bee that had landed on my sandwich. I bit into the sandwich and thought I had glass in it. When i spit it out, there was the chewed up yellow jacket. My mouth was sore for a while but i think the saliva did it's job and i was good to go in a matter of hours.
I bit a worm in half when I took a bite out of an apple once , does that count ?
