Answers: How do asians type things up on a keyboard? There are thousands of characters that could be typed!

Keyboards with asian characters instead of american letters, or with both... You type it just like you would say it via syllables, then you add the correct "tone" and you have a word.

It isn't like english keyboards where you spell out the letters, more like you type in the syllables and tone and the computer/program inputs the word matching those, soo yeahh it takes a long long time

ive wondered the same thing lol

They have asian keyboards, of course. They just get used to it.

cause azns are ninjas!
they can type with their mind yo!

Type what? Maybe because they want to? What\?

Most are bilingual. English is a requirement in school

I was in the library the other day and this girl was typing on a keyboard with all the english letters and japanese characters were coming up on the screen.

I have no idea how she was doing it but it was awesome.

Evey key board in done for the Race.

we have asian keyboards!

hmm, confusing.... i think you have like.. 5'000 characters, thats gotta be one big key board

maybe they have to learn english, it cant be that hard for them since they already know so much, why not add more to that?
then they type like we do.

HAHA
(lol)

lol i wonder how they do it.
i've wondered for a lonnngg time. :P

OMG i was thinking of the same thing just the other day lol...I know I know, not helping.

asian key boards!!

same... goes for arabic.and so on.....no?...

must be an internal program!!

they use a simplified way, with these kind of characters. or they use an english version of the operating system.

They go by characters. The keyboard have different symbols/characters just like the letters. English is form by letters, just pretend it is the symbol, even known Chinese or any other Asian language have a lot characters but they break it down to the SIMPLEST and then match it.

Furthermore, just like spelling the word 'Typewriter', there are 8 letters in it but they can form up. It's the same way as the Asian language typing.
