No. Because unless the kid has a problem, it's the parents fault and I hate that. My parents said that when I was four I was embarrassed to be making a scene in public!

Yes. I always like to see parents struggling with an unruly kid. Now that the parents aren't allowed to discipline them by the government, this is the results. We have the kids telling the parents when, what and where they want and they know the parents can't do a thing about it. Thank you Liberal Democrats.
