Re-heat or serve cold?!

Question: Serve cold...its safer if its been stored correctly, but then...re-heat if its been cooked correctly...Im confused now!

If its ice cream then under no circumstances re-heat...I did once and it was a disaster.

Better safe than sorry so reheat.

it all depends how cold it is ie room temperature or fridge cold
