I've been to a few parties where the "Pigs" had to end it :]
But They can't arrest EVERYONE, can they!!!!
Plus, they don't intend too, they just want to end it.

I'd go Cho on them racous makers. no need to run off the decent people just trying to have fun
Leave, but pretend to leave drunk so that people won't try and lure you back in or something unless no one there is drunk

It depends what you mean by out of hand - I might be joining in! Otherwise I would leave quietly.... I am too small to gain controll of a situation thats compleatly crazy, and I wouldent want to be around for the after math...
If there was children or someone I love in danger , I would not leave them , I am very protective, if not .I would leave unless I was partying too hard and having the time of my life,, then I would just duck and weave my way to the bar.. tee heee

If I was with a girl I would leave for her sake. If I was with friends I would probably stay to help the underdog. If the owner/thrower of the party needed a hand, I'd give it to spice up the night. haha.
In my younger party days, I was typically one of those who helped things to get out of hand to begin with. Today, I'm the dad, so it's my job to put an end to wild parties where ever possible. All fathers have the secret alter-ego of "Party Pooper Man!"
stay to see what happens....if nothing happens then add efforts to worsen the scene...then leave quietly....;-)
