What does this body language signal mean?!

Question: I know that when a person touches their hair it is a "grooming signal" and when a person folds their arms it is a "defense signal". What does it mean when someone tugs down their shirt? Are they covering up or trying to groom?

Covering up, they are uncomfortable.

they're probably scared, nervous, or they want to impress someone else and look cool?

It would depend on who is pulling down their shirt, how far down they pull it and what pops out the top of the shirt as it is pulled down.

If it is me I'm trying to look neat and tidy and hide my fat bits.
