I absolutely love Limburger cheese. I like to put some on a cracker, top it with a slice of onion and then top that with a piece of Sardine. I know it sounds nasty but it sure is good. My wife will only let me eat it in the summer when I can take it out on the back porch. A nice cold lager to go with it is all you need to be in heaven.

Monterrey pepper jack adds flavor to all meal eaten with
Blue.
I love a nice, fresh, creamy Brie with some crackers and I am in heaven. But if it is too old and gets too strong, na, Then I'll take jalapeno jack. I recently had some habenaro jack and it was fantastic.
