I think it works like that. Like you go around asking companies such as Doritos, Make-up, Proactive, ect. if they will sponser you. If it's a yes than they will put in so much money. The commercials that will show during the show will advertise for people to buy it. Wheel of Fortune will give them $ for each product sold. Do ya get it?!?!
that's why they have advertisements, on all the shows.
