yess
about 3 years ago i was with my grandma when she was in the hospital and one day i was in there reading to her and and i look up from the book and her chest isn movin i feall for her pulse but cant find it so i call a nurse , but she had died. at least it was peacfull. but if you have a painfull memorie you have to embrace it thats the only way to get past it.

sure have........ you remember though don't you?

what happened again, I just know you weren't very nice, oh yes its coming back......... you broke my heart

yaaaarrrrrrlllllll woof

oo that's better, what happened again?

Fraid so

Yea I have
But then you know it got too hard to keep shoving everything away
So I kinda had to revisit them
And it wasnt that hard to think about them again
It was so detrimental to my health I had to see a psychologist

yes...

I tried doing that.. didn't work.. It helps remembering it, that way that pain leaves and it helps you forget.

Oh yeah. And now, because I chose to repress it so deeply? I'm paying a therapist good $$ so we can go back over the whole thing, minute detail by minute detail. How crazy is that?

yes

yes i have it all time and not try to remember the past

Yes I have more than once. I lost a niece who was only 7yrs old and that had to be one of the worst. The death of a family member is one of the hardest to deal with. The memories keep coming back and that's what makes it so hard. I wish none of us had to go thru that.
