As for my answer
I would say if both actors fought each other: Byung Hun Lee would win, not cause he is asian & they are good martial artists, but cause seems like he has had alot of training/skills instilled in him.
If both of their movie characters fought each other: Ray Park as Snake Eyes would win, cause seems like he would be sneaky & kick some a** without saying a word.
