That just happened to me this a.m., I was late for work and they opened an new line and asked for the next person in line to step over. That was me, but this guy just cut right in front of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gently pushed him back and said not today Pal!
I'd say "Get lost loser. There is a line here!"
I would say....excuse me I was ahead of you....and get back in line where I belonged.

I will tell the person politely that he or she have to queue behind me.
I'm not a pushover by no means but I pick and choose my battles wisely. In this case I would let them go ahead of me because it is not worth it to me to argue get stressed out ruin my day or possibly get killed over something this minor. People are under a lot of stress these days maybe my kind gesture will help them stop and think this was not morally right. I have no time or patience for drama. Allow more time for yourself to avoid this situation.
the line starts in the back....and if he or she don't move ... i'll cut in front of them and making sure how ever is be hind to come with....

I had this happen at X-mas time last year at Wal-Mart and the lines were so long..anyway this East Indian cut in front of Me and I had been waiting in line at least 45 minutes and this really Pissed Me Off.. I finally told her you cut in front of me and you need to go to the end of the line and wait like all of us has done..Of Course she pulled I don't speech any English and I waited about 1 minute and I told her," If I KICK YOU IN YOUR A$S you will understand and speech English just find..It was a 1/2 of a minute and she when to the end of the line and everyone was clapping for me..Yes if anyone says,"I don't speech English" just Kick them in their A$S because they do My Friend..I really get tired of people pulling things like this and think they can get away with it..
