Question: I just heard a radio advertisement for a tanning salon...and at the end they said THAT!
Is tanning ever a 'responsible' thing to do!?
I am as pale as a ghost and stay that way because skin cancer runs in my family...(Irish ancestry).

there is no such thing, use a bronzer if you want some color
It gives you skin cancer.
And your really lucky to be pale, I wish I was really pale.
Course its not responsible on a sun bed. The only sort of responsible tanning is sitting out in the sun with sun scream on and a hat =)

The only way to tan responsibly is to use a fake tan.
Well, at tanning salons I think you put this like cream on. If you get wet then like orange stuff gets on your clothes. So i've decided I will let the sun do my tanning. So far its doing a pretty good job.

they mean they can be responsible for giving u a tan i think...
or else if they mean its a responsible thing for ppl to do..they r just trying to make u feel..damn i need a tan!! then u will go to their salon or smth..its just a way of advertising.
If cancer runs in your family, don't risk it.
Would you rather be brown or end up in a hospital in 20 or so years.
There are some good bronzers out there, you just need to find the one that looks good on you.

Or White Pale is Good- be whatever colour you want?
