I believe it will be Spidey and Wolvey. Spiderman will bind Superman with his web and Wolverine will then use his claws to rip through the Man of Steel and tear his heart out.
Actually they are all on the side of good so I don't think they would ever fight each other but I never cared much for Superman so the scenario above would be pretty cool to me.

Superman he can fly off and doesn't need to get close to beat them. He can just blow them over or burn them with his eyes. Alternatively he can chuck things at them, smother them in water etc. There wouldn't be a thing they could do about it because they wouldn't even come close to him
