Decorating my bedroom?!
Question: i am almost finished decorating my bedroom, and decided to go for a summery colour, so i got this colour called Lemon Tang, it's nice and it makes the room look crisp and fresh...the thing is, i want to stencil a boarder just to break the colour up a bit, but i don't know what other colour to do the boarder in, so can anyone tell me what colours go with yellow?...thanks in advance...

go for the blue tat, i have lemon tang on 1 wall in my little girls room its a lovely colour xx
A light green or a baby blue. I have blue and yellow in my living room and it goes really well.
A chocolate brown would be nice but keep the stencelling fine.
I'd go for a subtle Green tatts........Colour of my lounge Yellow & Green

i just sat here and thought of every colour and i cant think of any that would go with yellow...maybe a light purple but i still dont think that it will look to good...
brown always looks nice with yellow but like the other girl who suggested it, you wanna keep it very subtle
Black or brown or pink or darker yellow or white. get some colour charts from your paint shop and put them against the wall. Have fun.

Sorry love would like to help you the colour chosen sounds great but I am colour blind, so me making a choice of colour to go with it could be a bad move ha ha
My mates no longer ask me to play snooker with them keep using the pink ball as the white !!
A nice blue would look lovely with yellow as would green, you could do alternate blue and green round the room, happy decorating and hope you get your bedroom back soon.
I'm no interior decorator but I think baby blue or just a soft blue would be nice
Your 'Stratford green' sounds like it will go perfectly.
Blue would probably harmonise more with yellow Tatts and then you would have yellow for the sun and blue for the sky!
I am in my bedroom trying to make it look a lot more tidy so can understand your needs lol Brown with yellow is a really nice sophisticated edge to it not green as green clashed with a lot of colours but brown in neutral
